All information communicated to the Company will be processed and stored in accordance with the Federal Law 152-FZ On Personal Data.

Carriers may use the customer service offices to:

  • Register in the System;
  • Adjust the data entered during registration in the System;
  • Place an order for the Company services and top up the settlement entry using a card;
  • Obtain / return the seals;
  • Make an advance payment by bank card to be used as payment for the Company's services in the future;
  • Learn the balance of accounts with the Company, history of advance payments and debiting of accounts against payment for the Company's services, and any other settlement information;
  • File a refund request for the amounts deposited as an advance top-up of the settlement entry;
  • Submit a request to the Company, and receive the results of review of an earlier request;
  • Execute a fee-based service contract with the Digital Platforms Development Center for tracking the transport of goods, receive the seal application and removal service;
  • Receive information about the service fee and procedures;
  • Receive information about the System and procedures for interacting with the Company.

In accordance with clause 6.7. of the agreement, any changes of the agreement shall be considered to be formalized after publishing such changes by the Operator on the Operator's website and performing the subsequent actions by the Customer in the form of continuing to use the Operator's Services (for example, placing an order for services in the Personal Account) in accordance with the changed terms and conditions of the agreement.

The information about changes of the terms and conditions of the agreement is posted on the website in the section "News", as well as a new version of the agreement is published in the section "Documents" → "Agreements and Rules".

You do not need to re-sign the agreement, since in accordance with clause 6.7 of the agreement, performing actions in the form of continuing to use the Operator's Services (for example, placing an order for services in the Personal Account) in accordance with the changed terms and conditions shall mean that the Customer has agreed with the changed terms and conditions of the agreement.

If it is necessary to get a paper version of the new agreement, the Carrier or its authorized representative may contact any convenient service office (the addresses of the offices are available on our website in the section "Service Offices").

Yes, the relevant version of the agreement is always available on the website in the section "Documents" → "Agreements and Rules".

Performing actions in the form of continuing to use the Operator's Services (for example, placing an order for services in the Personal Account) after changing the terms and conditions of the agreement means that the Customer has agreed with the changed terms and conditions of the agreement.

If you do not agree with the changed terms and conditions of the agreement, you may not use the services of the Operator and initiate the termination of the previously concluded agreement.
