In accordance with clause 6.7. of the agreement, any changes of the agreement shall be considered to be formalized after publishing such changes by the Operator on the Operator's website and performing the subsequent actions by the Customer in the form of continuing to use the Operator's Services (for example, placing an order for services in the Personal Account) in accordance with the changed terms and conditions of the agreement.

If you do not agree with the changed terms and conditions of the agreement, you may not use the services of the Operator and initiate the termination of the previously concluded agreement.
According to clause 6.3.2 of the Paid Services Contract, it can be concluded in paper form with a signature and seal in the event of an application by the Customer (Carrier) or its authorized representative directly to the user service office.
At the same time, the agreement can be concluded in the order of exchange of electronic documents, as provided for in part 2 of article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the User Account on the website https://crcp.ru. In particular, for the conclusion of the contract, the Contractor (CRCP LLC) sends the Customer an agreement that is an offer in the User Account, and the Customer sends the Contractor an acceptance of the offer in the form of a message of agreement with the terms of the contract, including by clicking a button in the User Account expressing the Customer's consent to the contract. The agreement concluded in the course of exchange of electronic documents has the same legal force as the agreement concluded in the service office of CRCP LLC.
