Questions and Answers

The Carrier may use the user account to:

  • Submit preliminary information about the intended transport;
  • Place an order for services;
  • Pay for services;
  • Learn the balance of accounts with the Company, including the transaction history;
  • Enter and adjust the information about the carrier and its Contacts;
  • Track any emergencies en route: unauthorized opening of the seal, loss of seal integrity;
  • Submit requests to the Company regarding any issues related to the System operation, and receive the answers;
  • Register the vehicles to be used to transport the goods;
  • Generate the closing documents on provided services in electronic form.
